A fresh, crispy Belgian PétNat, wild and adventurous. Strawberry, raspberry and zest of blood orange in the finish. Sold in a nice box with bottle on its head. Can be disgorged at home. Big fun. Check our instagram for inspiration. Grape Varieties: Pinot Noir & Regent Best enjoyed as an apéritive, with tomato pasta, schrimps or oyster. This wine has aged on the full yeast for 9 months and is not disgorged, so expect sediment in the bottle. We sell the bottle on its head to give you the option to disgorge it at home. Always fun.
